BRCGS updated its position statements for Food Safety Issue 9 (F926, version 4), with matching updates for Packaging Materials and Storage and Distribution. They apply to audits from 10 August 2026 and bring the schemes in line with GFSI’s 2024 benchmarking requirements.
Is Issue 10 out?
Not yet. Issue 9, published in August 2022, remains current. BRCGS has not announced a release date for Issue 10. We’ll update this page when it does.
